Design and build an online photography portfolio that can be updated frequently by the photographer.
Approach
With such engaging photojournalism it is important for each image to be given the attention that it deserves. As with an actual gallery, give each piece of work vast amounts of surrounding white space with very little else going on to distract the viewer from the photography.
Solution
We started by developing Matt’s brand to include his stunning photography, white space and clean typography which together represent the gallery notion. Along with the logo, we developed stationary including sets of business cards that each display one of Matt’s photographs in full colour on the back.

Images are loaded from a XML file generated from a bespoke admin system that we developed so the site can be easily updated remotely. With full control over the site content, Matt can add new images, stories, captions and archive older content.
